Best Western Carthage Inn & Suites

The staff was exceptional First, as we were leaving, my husband realized that he had lost his wallet. It was in the room and not easy to find, especially because of the dark carpet. After searching the room, we were unable to find the wallet. So, with no other choice, we decided that we must leave. As we were about to get into the car, one of them staff came running outside with the wallet that he had found lying on the floor under a table in the room. Needless to say we were very appreciative, relieved and happy. Again, as we were about to leave, a staff member came running out of the hotel holding my magnifying make up mirror that he had found where I left it in the bathroom of the room. Needless to say, the staff was amazing!!

Liked the room size. Liked the water pressure in the shower. Liked the variety of dogs we met. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the hot breakfast and the coffee.

Good location, friendly staff.

Very friendly lady at the front desk, expressed a willingness to resolve ANY problem we might have (even though we didn't have any), and great breakfast!

Very nice accommodations, clean, modern, comfortable beds and a great breakfast.
